Who We Are

  • A coordinated effort to provide information and resources that are important for retaining and attracting professionals.
  • A resource for employers for becoming "employers of choice" to talented professionals and sharing best practices for retention and recruitment strategies.
  • A program that helps strengthen the network of the next generation of business leaders who are entrepreneurs, community leaders, arts and creative supporters, etc.
  • A recruitment and marketing tool that highlights the best our region has to offer.

 Thank you to Assemblyman Robin Schimminger, 140th Assembly District and the Western NY State Assembly Delegation for their support in helping to launch the Buffalo Niagara 360 program. Grant funding was provided to support the development of materials and tools that were used to create a stronger workforce pipeline to assist employers in retaining and attracting young professionals throughout Buffalo Niagara. 

 We thank our Founding Members for making a commitment to building the foundation of what has become Buffalo Niagara's premier young professionals organization,  and for their support and guidance since our launch in 2008. Your support and efforts are greatly appreciated.

Buffalo Niagara 360's mission is to create an inclusive and collaborative network of resources that can empower talented individuals to achieve their goals for professional growth and success; provide employers with an engaged and competitive workforce; and create a critical mass of business professionals dedicated to propelling Buffalo Niagara into the future.

Buffalo Niagara 360 emerged from Buffalo Niagara Partnership members who identified a real need to create effective strategies for retaining and attracting professionals to the Buffalo Niagara region. We have all heard and talked about Buffalo Niagara's brain drain, employers who struggle to find qualified candidates and young people growing up believing there is no opportunity left within our region. Buffalo Niagara 360 is designed to and aims to be:

Professionals today live by the mantra "live, work and play" and they want to live in a region that offers it all. The good news is, Buffalo Niagara already offers a wide variety of diverse opportunities to" live, work and play." Buffalo Niagara 360 has been designed as a resource for young professionals to navigate living, working and playing here, or are thinking about moving to the region. There are many great organizations working to provide a better quality of life throughout Buffalo Niagara, our aim is to be a tool for those in the business community to take advantage of everything our region has to offer.
