Dr. Marianne Sullivan will provide a brief presentation on why emotional intelligence is essential in your professional and personal lives. She has experienced how the absence of emotional intelligence has derailed the careers of her peers and students. In this session you will understand why Emotional Intelligence has a direct impact on your success , why it is more important than intelligence(IQ) in attaining success and how you can work on improving it.

Gary Schober, President and CEO of Hodgson Russ will host and moderate this one-on-one interview and open Q&A session.
